ADDENDUM: Parental approval notice for transfer to California facility forged. Parents targeted for elimination at earliest plausible opportunity.

3. PHYSICAL PROFILE: DR. LAZLO PENN: Subject is exceptionally intelligent, frequently in the top three students of the grade level, and in the top five students of the entire school, showing tremendous natural aptitude. Is physically active and fit, and is quite agile for his age. Posessed of a college-level vocabulary, and has high capacity for logical thought and reasoning. Like other high-ranking selections for the program, is rated at high genius level and better.

4. PSYCH PROFILE: DR. HUNTER FERDHAM: Subject is reserved, quiet, reflective, somewhat aloof and distant. Is affable, polite, awkward when engaged in social interaction. Displays reluctance to take intiative in social situations. Often prefers solitude to crowds, but does not avoid social contact. Persistent, will work at problems to their conclusion/solution until forced to do otherwise. Tends to internalize problems and emotions. Emotional release may occur at inappropriate times. Shows tremendous self-control, decreasing likelihood of unnecessary emotional release.

5. TESTING/ENHANCEMENT: DR. MIRA KENT: Subject was exposed to the same enhancement pattern as other children, with subliminal and chemical enhancement agents incoporated into food and daily tasks. Tests administered each week provide progress data (see #6).
